After bidding farewell and walking down the escalator with a heavy heart, I boarded the plane without any successful purchases in the KLIA Duty free area.
I was seated on my usual window seat, as previously requested... Next to me, nobody. I waited to see who was gonna sit next to me, silently hoping that nobody else would put their handcarry on the overhead compartment above me. So, I could have double space, lie down and stretch my legs...
THEN,
This BIGGG **let's call him big cause fat sounds bad. And truthfully, fat just doesn't cut it! He was HUGEEE! ** guy walked past and was searching for his seat, comparing the number to his boarding pass.
My heart was thumping!! Sheesh~! Do not sit next to me! Pleaseeeeee!!! He was still shuffling around, looking for his seat. Geez, just match your ticket number, to the seat, dude! It's not rocket science.....
Much to my relief, he was seated 2 seats in front of me... PHEW~! But I pity the guy next to him. He was sooo squashed, like a little bug, you know?? After taking off, he asked if the seat next to me was taken. I said no cause I felt really sorry for him. There goes my lying down space.
Which really got me to thinking... should airlines make big people buy "bigger" tickets ie business class. If they do, there'll be this drama about inequality, about how people discriminate again bigger people bla bla bla....
BUT if they don't, then isn't it unfair to be small person NEXT to that big person??? After all, he bought his ticket, and paid for the same amount of money, ie. he paid for the same amount of space you're occupying too! So why is it that he needs to be squashed into half a seat, with no chance of putting his tiny little arm onto the arm rest, whereas the fat person gets to be oblivious to the fact that he is invading his poor neighbour's space.
My conclusion....
ALL plane seats should be bigger....
But that doesn't solve the problem too, cause then you won't be able to carry as many passengers... and at the end, who pays for it?!
WE do! We'd have to pay MORE for a ticket! Sigh... Is there no win-win solution to this??
Anyways, I shall leave you guys with some visual memories of the people and things I miss back home...
1. Shopping with mommy....
Like I mentioned before, she always buys me stuff eventhough I can pay for it myself. Who doesn't like free stuff?! Come on!!! Hehehehe.... Not just that, I genuinely miss her company...
2. Spending time with daddy...
Daddy seems a little healthier and happier this time around. I think the doggies really made a difference to his lifestyle. He walks Bailey every evening, and is always around at home, fussing over the three little puppies... etc.
3. Chilling with little sis.
Miss our time in Melbourne! Need I say more?
4. Seeing little Bailey smile and jumps up onto your lap.
5. Playing with Lucky, Patchie and Mon-Mon. They can run now! Sooo cutteeeee.
6. And of course, the glorious food!!
Pan mee.....

Fish ball soup and Yong tofu!
These are making me reallll hungry! Off for lunch I shall go now... and then some last minute packing and making sure I haven't left anything behind, or else I'll be freezing my arse off in Queenstown....
By this time tomorrow, Jon and I would be hitting the NZ slopes already! Woohoooo!! Don't be jealous k?? Be good, ya all. Be back in a week with more updates on Cambodia and New Zealand...

haha I couldn't stop laughing about the "big" fella... I'd hate it too if I'm seated next to someone who is so big that my space is taken!
