It's about time!!!

Yes yes, I know it's about time to update!! It's been a week since I last touched this blog... this almost abandoned space. Tee hee...

My family came to visit during my days off after the horrible night shifts! And the best part was, grandma came along too!! What a rare occasion! She didn't even wanna come for my graduation~! Because she doesn't feel confident, travelling long distances with her health... but somehow, she decided to come along this time! :) WHEE~!!!

While waiting for the "Birds of Prey" show to start...


One with me :) We felt a little out of place, as the place was swarmed with school kids on school trips. We were like, the only adults there???

The show was awesome! The eagles and owls and stuff fly really low, just directly on top of your head... You can literally feel your hair getting swept away! It's cool!! *and pretty scary*


In the operating theatre - the animal hospital. They do autopsies and all too... How interesting! Too bad they weren't operating when we were there... None the less, it was quite fascinating!


Little ibis. These birds are not scared of humans at all! They came right up to us when we were having lunch... They even stole our food!!! Can you imagine that?! Scavengers!

Everyone was stuffed at the end of the day! We had a great time looking at animals and sniffing the crisp, fresh air... away from the big smog though. The drive home was silent... as everyone was asleep in the car... except for the designated driver of course.. Poor me... :(
