Lorne

We decided to take a drive, to a little retreat the other week. It was too last minute to get a cheap flight to Sydney or Gold Coast, so we kinda decided that it was going to be a domestic destination, probably some place that Jon can take his Golf GTI for a spin...

Yups, we headed West (OMG!) to go along the Great Ocean Road - yeah, in the middle of winter... Kekekeke. We wanted to have some peace and quiet, and thought there is no better destination that the iconic Great Ocean Road.

The views along the way, are just as breathtaking as I remember them to be years ago. I haven't been down this road in years~!!! After all, there is really no reason going down that way, unless you're a tourist, or the tour guide bringing tourists around.

Happy snappy :) tee hee hee... We got into Lorne in the afternoon and decided to check-in and leave our luggages in the room before exploring the town...

What breathtaking views from our room :)

I could just stay in this sea-view room everyday~!!! So serene. It even has its own spa in the bathroom, overlooking the lounge and sea (from the balcony). How awesome is that?!

Stopped by a fish and chips shop along the main strip, to have a little snack post lunch. :P
Don't know why, but don't you think that fish and chips always taste nicer when you're by the bay / beach or something??

Maybe it gives a false sense that the fishes are fresher... or maybe they are! Who knows?!! Tee hee...

Had to do the touristy stuff around town... kekeke. Snapping more pics with this Anzac memorial statue.

The evening was spent relaxing in the pool and spa.

Enjoying with the bubbles and jets... before heading to dinner.

Stuffed our faces with some yummy food... and then stuffed our faces some more with desserts~! :)

HMPHHHH~!!! :P

OMG~!! I so could not fit anything else into my tummy, or I will explode.

The night ended with some self camwhoring session, hehehehe... Can't help it, I love my dress :P
And more sessions in the spa. My skin was completely wrinkled by the end of the day, but it was oh so relaxing. Didn't have any trouble falling asleep that night at all.

**more to come in the next post**

I haven't read your blog in a while, but you seem so much happier!! I am very happy for you.

I recently had to make my blog private too. Someone left a very nasty anonymous comment...I was so angry! So now mine is invisible too. People are so immature.

But once again, I'm glad you are doing better. Keep up the smiles!
