The Winning Team "Lembu"

As usual, the group meets up during the weekend for dinner, and some catching up. 4 more weeks to exams, and 6 more weeks till graduation... and after that, we'll all be heading separate ways. :( *except for the girls* All 3 of us will be going to the same hospital for internship. *keeping my fingers crossed that I'll pass the finals*

Dinner was good, although the service was crap! And the wait.... was horrendous! I can't believe it took them an hour to bring us our food. And it was only raw, marinated meat... we had hotpot and BBQ. They didn't even have to cook the dishes for us. Talk about inefficiency!!! *slaps forehead*


Ming Yen & Mei

Giving in to Ming Yen's newest addiction, we decided to have some fun playing pool @ Charltons. The guys have been playing a fair bit recently. I think they're practising to get better so that they can show off or something... God knows? Hehehehhee...

We were playing "team" pool... Jon and I *he named us team lembu* I think cause it's the only Malay word he knows. Ming Yen, Chee Yoong & Ade, and Richard & Karen. Casual pool suddenly became a friendly competition between the teams.... Hehehe, it was quite funny really, cause Jon and I kept winning, and we put it down to the "magic" cue. We didn't wanna trade cue's with anyone else... heheh... and lucky enough, we were definitely on a winning streak. Should have bet on money or drinks, or something. Hehehe. I was pretty lucky that night. I was actually potting balls~!

Okay, so we didn't really trash anyone that night. Most of the games were really close calls. We were even getting trashed in the beginning... But the underdogs sometimes make a surprise comeback huh?? :P


Richard & Karen - the late comers....

They claimed that they'll come join us after dinner - which was around 9ish if I wasn't mistaken. But they only showed up around 11.30pm. I do not wanna know what they were up to before... Heehehhee... :P

But oh well, we certainly had some fun... and it sure felt good winning. Hehehe. I think Jon was quite proud that he didn't need to tell his girl how to hit the ball, where to aim, like the rest of them... and we still won! :P bleh.... Ok, I'm abit of a show-off now. Hahahaha... I admit, it wasn't so much skill as it was luck on my side.
