Some visual representation...

Yes, I'm officially in the country... Here, instead of interns, we're known as Resident doctors. I think it's because they don't wanna scare the public, knowing that their first line of contact is us... fresh graduates with only a piece of paper that says "provisional registration". Hehehehe... Hence the term "resident doctors". But I reckon the "resident" really means, we're staying here... Tee hee hee...

Although I haven't really had time to see much of Bairnsdale, the town certainly didn't look too bad.. and being in a house with interesting friends and colleagues... just made things better... Not to mention, the flashy, new mansion we're in!

The city centre...

One of the iconic spots in Bairnsdale... I reckon it's a gazebo or something... Not entirely sure of the significance of it though. Maybe there isn't any... tee hee hee. Who knows?

Beaufort Gardens, at the corner of Princess Highway and Victoria Street. Near the hospital where we are... all day and night.. Hahaha. Makes us sound like a bunch of no-lives huh?!

The World War One Memorial... Another symbolic erection in the town... We may not remember much about the war. but for some residents around the area... it has carved their lives in one way or another...

The infamous St. Mary's Cathedral... I remember sneaking a photo of the interior the last time I passed by the town on our way to Lakes Entrance with my family. It's just beautiful! :) If you haven't seen it... and happens to come to this part of town. do drop by! It's definitely worth your time...

Alritey, as for me... I'm off to read about the Fitz-Hugh-Curtis Syndrome. More assisting in theatre tomorrow! Good night everyone! Good night baby. It's gonna be my first night sleeping on my own. At least you have tiger and munkey! :(
